Kyle specializes in representing small and mid-sized businesses, with a focus on the HVAC, trucking, and distribution industries, and has provided his expertise to clients in a variety of sectors.

Kyle holds the Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, which attests to his expertise in the complexities of acquiring and selling privately held companies. He is the Chair of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the largest international non-profit association serving the Business Brokerage industry, and a Board Member of M&A Source, the International Association of Business Intermediaries (IABI), and the New York Association of Business Brokers (NYABB).

Aside from his work with The NYBB Group, Kyle is the CEO and Founder of Eminae Network, an advisory network for CEOs seeking resources for building, growing, or exiting a company.
