Caroline is a lifelong researcher who has spent time in both the UK and Australia with a focus on translating research into actionable insight. The last 13 years at SEEK has seen Caroline specialising in understanding candidate needs as they relate to attraction, engagement, and retention, as well as how they relate to a company’s broader EVP.

This includes the inception as well as continued development of the Laws Of Attraction research, as well as broader trends within the D&I landscape. When not working, Caroline lives in regional Victoria with her family on 4 acres of beautiful bushland.
